A Family Legacy
Grandpa's Café was born from the legacy of Edwin Del Valle Torres, a man whose faith, hard work, and humility left deep roots. From his stories came an inspiration: that of his granddaughter, Sofía del Valle Santiago, who found in coffee a way to carry his legacy forward.
